Peninsula Newborn Photography

This little boy was the most precious baby. He was only seven days old at the time of his Peninsula Newborn Photography session. He was the most relaxed and easy going little guy. I was thrilled that he slept through his entire session without even waking up once.

His mom was searching for newborn photographers on Yelp and found me there. I am so glad she did. I had a blast capturing her little man. He already has some of those sweet chunky baby rolls coupled with all that dark hair that’s to die for. I am sure I am not the first to comment on it, but a baby with a full head of thick dark hair is something to talk about.

Snug as a Bug

He had the most adorable cheeks and I fell in love with that pouty bottom lip. When I did my bucket prop shot, I couldn’t help but think about how cozy he looked snuggled in there. And him not waking at all, I do believe he was super cozy. As a Peninsula Newborn Photography professional, I believe it is my job to document how tiny newborns are.

It is fun for me to find interesting ways to show just how tiny they start out in life. And because they have the teeniest and tiniest little bodies, I do understand how fleeting this time is. It is a pleasure to capture moments of them in the beginning for parents to be able to look back on.

Big brother, Shiven, 5, was there for the session too. He was a trooper. He survived the four hour session and was a great little subject during the family and sibling portion of the our time together.

This family was beautiful and I had a great time working with them as their Peninsula Newborn Photographer. Their newest addition is the sweetest and such a handsome little man.
